1^st Layer: A perfectly smooth inner nitrile rubber layer completely resistant to the most aggressive liquids.

2^nd Layer: A high-tenacity polyester inner layer with great flexibility and strength.

3^rd Layer: An inner nitrile rubber layer that protects the fabric.

4^th Layer: External layer of specially formulated rubber with Hypalon.

Advantages:

The adhesion strength of through-the-weave internal layer is 50N, and our existing two steps hose also can reach 50N by improving the weave.

The outer layer adopts special materials (such as Hypalon, Nitrile Rubber Mixed with Kevlar Pulp etc) to increase abrasive and ageing resistance of hose, and greatly increase its service life.

The internal layer can be customized according to different operating environments and become widely used, (the internal layer materials NBR/TPR and EPDM, etc. Are available)

Characteristics:

Hose is resistant to different types of attack: abrasion, oil, acid, chemical, cracking, heat, adverse weather conditions, delamination, kinking, ozone, petroleum, etc.

Temperature:-30℃ to +100℃

Internal lining material: customized.
